Mi nombre es Valentina, nombre que puede tener muchos significados pero a mi me gusta creer que significa VIGOROSA y VALIENTE.

Tengo 22 años años, estudio medicina específicamente en un área que me encanta y me apasiona la cual es Nutrición.
Me caracterizo por mi vitalidad y energía, siempre trato de aportar todo el positivismo y alegría a las personas que me rodean.

Me encanta sonreír, como digo yo: Es mi deporte favorito.

Desde pequeña siempre me gusto alimentarme de una forma saludable, comía cosas que a los niños normalmente les cuesta comer, yo era feliz comiendo vegetales y los dulces no era muy lo mio. Cuando fui creciendo tuve la necesidad y la curiosidad de investigar sobre los alimentos, siempre estaba investigando las bondades de cada fruta o verdura. Por ese motivo comencé a estudiar nutrición ya que era mi pasión desde muy pequeña.

Decidí crear este blog porque quiero compartir recetas e información basadas en mi estilo de alimentación. Coloque de nombre CLUBKETO porque lo tengo hace bastante tiempo rondando en mi cabeza y es un proyecto donde quiero dar a conocer de una forma sencilla lo que es la alimentación cetogénica ya que es un tema del cual existe muchísima desinformación y créanme que merece la pena que las personas sepan de que trata este estilo de vida, así que a medida que vayan pasando los días les iré contando.

Yo soy una cajita de sorpresas les cuento que así como me gusta todo lo relacionado con la salud y la alimentación, también me gustan las fotografías y el modelaje, hace poco tuve una sesión fotográfica en uno de mis lugares favoritos, la playa y resultaron estas fotos geniales:

Por cierto, el color negro es mi favorito y sí digo color, aunque se que es un matiz.
