Feeling Nervous, Yes Its My First Post on Steemit.

Hello Steemians

Nick Here and I am from India. My name is Nikhil and Nick is my Nickname. This is my first post on steemit so I am somewhat nervous while writing it so sorry if I made any mistake here while writing it.

I am following steemit platform from last 8 months and after that I am here writing my first post after 8 months. Since that I was just reading different blogs over here and I found my blogs related to Steemit platform itself, Bitcoin, Life stories, Travel Blogs and etc. So for making my own Blog I was thinking some theme subject to start my own blog but had not good Knowledge about such things to share with you.

Suddenly on a day when I was chilling Out with My friends we came to discussion and one of my friend told me that my General Knowledge is very good. At that moment this idea sparked in my mind and hence I am Making my Blog about the theme"General Knowledge, Interesting Facts and much more ". I hope you guys like that.

Yes I don't have enough knowledge to write a good blog about this theme but still I have some Knowledge and I will try my best to provide you the best from my side.

Keep your passwords safe: Unlike conventional sites, Steemit has 4 types of passwords. Each offers varying degrees of access to your account, so know where and when to use each of them. Also, make sure to keep them all safe and secure.
Get Steem rewards: When writing a post, you'll have the option to choose how to receive your reward: "Default 50%/50%" or "Power Up 100%". As of this moment, choosing Default 50%/50% is the better option. But this can change over time. Check our post to know more.
Upvote wisely: When upvoting, wait at least 30 minutes after the post is published to maximize your curation reward. Also, make sure not to upvote too much too fast so as not to drain your voting power.
Know your Steem, Steem Dollars and Steem Power: Steem and Steem Dollars are the 2 main currencies here. Convert and power up more Steem into Steem Power so you can have higher values on your upvotes.

Welcome Nick! Don’t worry about making mistakes. There are none here. Just be yourself and get involved. Reach out to people that post on a topic you like and engage them. Start and open a dialogue. Post original content. Stick with it. Even when it looks like you are getting nowhere...tough through it. Build your audience and following. It’ll come if you put the effort forth.
