In Love With the Steem Concept

So I was thinking about all the discussions surrounding crypto during the surge the last few months and reflecting on my opinion that the blockchain tech is going to be revolutionary, even if I think Bitcoin is going to make an epic meteor dive some day and doesn't work well as a currency in general. I have a few friends who are into Musiccoin and I really love the idea and theory behind it (short intro for those who don't know about it, it's a blockchain where listening to music generates tokens that go directly back to the people that create and share it), when it hit me! How amazing would it be if there was a social network that ran on the same principle? Well a quick google search later and here I am. Glad I found this place and someone else already had the idea, because it would be a shame to be the first to have thought about it and not have the skills to bring something like this to fruition.
