Who am I?

Hello everyone! My name is Edidiong Akpan. I am a Nigerian, I'm single . I am a student of the University of Uyo, Department of Computer Engineering. I do freelance estimates for Westside services, UK. I absolutely love to help small business build a strong web presence through my estimate services; that makes me a good estimator, an asset in quick-delivery situations / appealing results and a lad with an excellent team spirit.

What makes me proud?

My dad, Francis, is the architect of who I have become. He never ceases to awe me with his incredible motivation to make me grasp education from primary basics to tertiary learning even at the cost of getting loans. "oh! What love a father can offer to his child".
He never neglected spirituality as he tried to merge this as well in order to shape me into a good vessel in which will be appreciated by the community.
My humble prayer daily.... "Lord, keep my dad safe for a long time, so he can smile at the results of his labour till the tail end. Amen!"

What gears me up?

The game of soccer! Why people hate soccer is a misery. The haters continuously say, "Its's a sport for people with no strenght", "It's too long and boring", and "It's just a bunch of fairies running around". Now that's just funny to hear, because it takes tremendous skill to get where the pros go.
Big games are one of the reasons why we watch soccer. It creates great debates and explosive fun. We are always trying to find out who the superior team is, and we're destined to be correct. Whether it's Manchester United against Manchester City, we dont want our team to lose

What do I do?

At present, I am a Computer Engineering student of the Univeristy of Uyo,Uyo. Also, I offer freelance services on Virtual assistance and Estimates

How did I get here?

I am a vivid researcher and have been enjoying every posts on steemit. I was told about steemit by some loving friends but i never gave much attention because i was more involved in my freelance activities and also i felt it was another social-media platform. The turning-point for me were the testimonies i heard and live results witnessed of how steemit has changed their lives positively. Many thanks to you guys @gadikot, @destinysaid, @cheetah, @iamthegray for passing on the torch and spreading the news rentlessly. You guys are the reason i'm now a steemian.
