Hey Carynn! Great post! I think you'll find lots of exciting stuff around the blockchain!

Excited to have some more great yoga content too!

I've never thought about yoga that way -- but it's a really unique way to look at it. At the end of the day, it's all about restoring and maintaining ourselves.
