Hello Steemit, my name is Nathanael!

Although this is not my first post, I yet to take the very important step of introducing myself to the community. I don’t have any sort of social following besides the usual Facebook friends. I am an avid lurker on Reddit.com but I have only posted once or twice with no responses sadly haha. I actually discovered Steemit through Reddit.com. Like many people I think, I was drawn to the monetary incentive aspect of the platform. I’m honestly not a very social person and because of that I have a very “small” social circle. Part of the reason I am wanting to become part of the Steemit community is to grow my social circle by meeting new people. I also aspire to be apart of some sort of community and Steemit is itself one I find interesting, along with all the other niches it possesses.
Just a little personal information about me. I am 23 years old currently living on the Midwestern United States. I plan on going back to school some time next year for computer science. I’m very interested on all aspects of technology especially those centering around computers. I’m currently in the process of trying to teach myself the programming language python. I live a pretty boring life right now haha, I’m currently just working and in my free time I play hearthstone and watch YouTube videos. Speaking of YouTube videos this one helped me a lot in getting started with Steemit and understanding the basics. It’s also what informed me of the importance of the introduction post😁😁

Anyway it’s nice to meet all of you and I hope you enjoyed my introduction!
