From what I observed, some popular posts with 100 likes still did not gain good traction, but some users with influece or POwer? They get lot more. Everyone hope their posts get votes and some monetary rewards, though starting to doubt that it's fairly created with that scenario going behind the scenes. Some users seem to be more equal than others, or am i wrong?

Steemit is built around the concepts of capitalism, supply and demand, and that means some have more power, influence, and some less so, because we are not the same, and some are better, and some are smarter, and we earn and we collect and then we use what we have differently. Things should not be all the same if we are not all the same. We should get what we earn. If I do very good, then I should get more. But if you are better than me, you should get more money and power and votes and everything. You should be able to have a stronger voting power too.
