Seriously?

Here is a link to the laws of 'my' state, if you can show me that unjust enrichment law I might just start mowing the park across the street and filing claims with the city.

Well... Actually this works between private individuals the public domain usually has a different regulation... But lets say your neighbor has a landfill full of weeds if you clean that even without permission then you have the right to get paid the amount in which that person's patrimony increased.
