Thanks for the hello! Tinkerer is definitely a good word for what I do lol. I always mess around with recipes to try to make them better. Sometimes it works out, and sometimes it doesn't. I been experimenting a lot with making Hazy New England-style Pale Ales. After my fifth one, I am proud to say, I made something I am pretty proud of. Recipe to come!

I would love to see of your recipes! Continuing to refine this one, and have plans to make a cookies and creme stout this month, but always looking for new ideas. The best recipes, advice, and brewing knowledge I have always gained from fellow homebrewing community so I believe it is important to stay connected and hear what fellow homebrewers are up to.
