Let me tell you a bit about my mission.
The modern world is a tough place for us primal beings. Our evolution has no way of reaching the same speed as the world around us. We have to adjust our lifestyle to fit the needs of our primal bodies. This meaty vessel is the only thing you need to have in your life for the rest of it, so better to take good care of it!
This blog is here to help you raise your vitality and optimise your wellbeing. I want to help you feel clear, energised and focused every day so you can keep pushing to make your dreams a reality!
I will be posting about life tools and science around holistic health - the mind, exercise, diet, and sleep. Also some laid back everyday life! Mostly around;
- Low carb and primal eating
- Movement, mobility, calisthenics and strength training
- Optimising sleep
- Focused, healthy and stable mind
For example, here's what I had for breakfast today - eggs, spinach and avocado. Also some bone broth with turmeric and other spices in the cup.
A combination of healthy fats and protein in the morning keeps you full and your energy levels stable for hours. You might want to avoid carbs in the morning! More on that later.
