Hello to the good people of Steemit!! My name is Erica and this is my first time posting here. I have always been a little shy, but I am slowly getting over that bit by bit. I grew up in a very traditional home with hardworking parents who instilled the same work ethic in me. I am used to being the small girl, but just because you're small doesn't mean you can't do amazing things. I have been training in Crossfit for the past 4 years. Crossfit has given me the confidence to really empower myself and do things I never thought possible! Here is a picture of me 4 years ago before I started this adventure...
I will be posting on Steemit regularly sharing my journey of personal transformation in hopes to enable and inspire others. I will be sharing my workouts, food intake, methods of recovery, and talk about my experience training to become the absolute very best version of myself.

I'm @andyluy and I've been here for almost 2 months, and I can tell you that steemit is the most amazing thing I've ever seen at the internet so far. I'm happy seeing it grows every day!
