Hi everyone! :)
I am super excited to be a part of this platform and I just wanted to introduce myself.
My name is Ashley A. Love and I am a Digital Media & Visibility Specialist and am the founder of the #IAmSimplyBeautiful Global Movement whose mission is to empower women globally to love who they are and walk in their greatness regardless of their size, shape, age, skin color or any other factor. What started as a 30 day challenge on Facebook back in 2015 is now a global movement with over 40,000 posts on Instagram alone using the hashtag including key influencers including Taraji P. Henson, Grace Gealey-Byers and Kim Coles to name a few.
Here are just a few of the women from around the world who are participating in the movement....
I am not here to go in depth on the my bio, but you can read more about the movement at http://www.iamashleyalove.com if you would like.
I am here to give you more than just a bio...Who really is Ashley A. Love?
I am a mother of three daughters who inspire me to do better and be better every day of my life.
I am from New Orleans...I am sorry, but there ain't nothing like some good ole' New Orleans jambalaya, crawfish, and gumbo to fill you up! Oh, and everytime I am away I truly miss the culture of the N.O.
I love to travel. Exploring new places makes me happy. I love seeing new scenery and experiencing some of the amazing wonders of the world...there is so much I have yet to see.
I could write all day and all night. I can best communicate in writing...always have and I don't think that will change. I used to ask people for pens, paper, and journals for my birthday and Christmas. I would write about anything and everything (and you will probably see that within this blog.)
So not only do I love to write, but I am an author and I have written, compiled and co-authored 7 books already and am working on the 6th and 7th now.

I am a racial equality & women's rights activist and was featured in the New York Times in an article on the trend of abductions of minority girls in Washington D.C. I enjoy covering and standing up for issues that are meaningful and are impacting many minorities, but may not be talked about mainstream.
I have a love for digital media and helping people become more visible in this online world...It has never been so easy to connect with so many people around the world!!! (An example is this platform!)
I am ready to share with you my world and some cool insight, tips, and more. Stay tuned...
Oh, and comment telling me about yourself or something that resonates with you in this post...Let's keep the conversation going! :)
