Hello Steamlits, Let me introduce my self I'm Jon.

Hey hello everyone i hope you are all making a lot of Steem and money while having fun doing it!

First i would like to ask why are people in introductions holding signs?

So a little about my self, i got into bitcoin many years ago when it first started out or shortly after. A friend of mine that i played video games with comes onto voice chat and says "hey check this bitcoin out! at first i ignored it but then i noticed my other friends talking about it so i thought okay this should be fun.

To us was like a video game mining for bitcoin. Later on down the road i put my coins on mtgox as all my friends was doing it so you know i had to do it to i mean after all it was like a game we knew it had potential to make money but so does selling items in a video game. Then the next big thing came up yep you guessed it another video game to play so my attention got pulled to another direction and i stop mining bitcoin.

Anyways later on i hear about bitcoin was worth $1200 so i rush to my computer knowing i had a lot sitting on mtgox so i open my web browser get to the site and i find i along with others where ripped off, scammed, i checked the other mining places that i used to mine but either they where down or for some odd reason my information didn't work anymore hmm...not sure how much i had on it if any but was worth checking a little back then is a lot now. I know the coin wouldn't have been worth that much but still after hearing that i realized that it was really something to take seriously i had an epiphany. Then not more then a week or two ago i hear about bitcoin rising up to $2500 i have to admit i was a little sick to my stomach, half of me reminds the other half that it was just a game so i have conflicted feelings as i never really saw it as money until i heard about it's worth.

So here i am back learning all i can about all the alts and steemit, I have a lot of respect for conception of paying the artist rather then some greedy company that doesn't care about the users. I wont name any names but we all know who they are!
I hope this turns into internet 2.0 perhaps Steemtube or Steembook is coming? lol

What ever the outcome of steemit or new tech following this internet 2.0 i wont take it lightly this time! However i will have fun as if it was a game :) Oh and i have 24 followers YAY !

I know at the end of the day i laugh at the whole experience but i sure wish i had pulled some of that money out! Maybe i will be more careful this time around. I hope you guys and gals have a great day keep making great art!
