Wusstest du, dass der Ruhetag - laut Bibel - vor dem Christentum noch vieeel präsenter & wichtiger war?
Die Israeliten hielten sich stark daran & als die Zeit Jesu war, war es noch immer ein sehr wichtiger Bestandteil im Leben der Juden. Allerdings betrachteten diese es nur noch als religiöses & gesellschaftliches Ritual. Jesus lehrte wieder die ursprünglichen Bedeutungen & Werte: Der Ruhetag wurde für den Menschen gemacht - nicht anders herum.
Ein richtiger Ruhetag hat sich schon echt lange im menschlichen Gemüht bewährt gehabt - wir sollte echt wieder dahin - haha :)

Did you know, that the day of rest (Shabbath, what it is called in Hebrew) was -referred to the bible - much more present & important before Christianity?
The isrealites strongly hold it in the beginning. During the time of Jesus, the Sabbath was still important in the jewish life (as it is today). Unfortunately
it just was more like a religious & socially ritual. Jesus teached again the agient & past meaning & value: The Shabbath was made for humans, not humans for the Shabbath.
For a long agient time a day of rest has get prooven :)
