Haha i massed up the date, didn't think i would take this long write my intro!

Part 1 - My Mom’s island, Martinique

I am half French and half from a caribean island called “Martinique”. Google it, this island is beautiful and people there are super friendly! We have those stereotypes in france that we are always cool, chill & a little bit lazy, which is absolutely true haha. I went there in April to see some of my family and I met a few german groups, that was a nice surprise as this island is unknown of people who are not French I believe. Caribea is far from France so the plane ticket is not cheap. I wonder what are the prices from the US.

If you like Rum (the alcohol) then Martinique will be heaven for you! There are 8 different distilleries with hundreds of different kinds of rum: White, brown, aged, spiced, fruited… AND IT’S SO CHEAP OMG.
If you ever go there, try the right one, The Neisson’s white rum 55° is one of the best white rum in my opinion. At a price of 7€ for 1Liter, I say OUI!

What else ? Well it’s caribea, the water is as ht as your bath and the water crystal clear.

Behind me is the famous giant rock in the sea called "Rocher du Dimant".

There is a volcano and the landscape is full of mountains with beautiful plants.

Oh, and something that always amazes people, WE HAVE COLORED BANANAS!

The second picture is actually silver bananas, not easy to see the color with my crap phone :(.

I had more pictures but I guess I deleted most of them, it was from the banana’s museum where you get to see so many different types of bananas. It may not sound cool at first but trust me, it’s amazing when all you know are yellow and green bananas haha. There is also a restaurant where all the menu has something with bananas. Fried, Frozen, and all the other types that I don’t know how they are called in English haha (sorry).

I missed a lot of things about my island in this intro but, if you want to learn more about Martinique, ask in the comments and I will make a post dedicated to Madinina (creole name). In my introduction I of course want to talk about my Steemit Follow Along !

Part 2 - Follow Along: Creating a new accessory brand!

I am an entrepreneur and started doing Internet Marketing full time at the age of 19, 1 year after high school. I always wanted to work for myself and not a boss, so I typed how to make money online on google and now I’m here hehe.
I remember my first website was about the MMORPG Star Wars The Old Republic. I have always been a big MMO player so I wanted to make a website and earn money with ads on a video game that would get a lot of buzz, and I did. It was the second most visited website about SWTOR after the official website. I posted guides and news from different ways, although I never played the game… I don’t like Star Wars (OMG WHAT?!!!).

Now going forward 4 years later, after some good days and some struggles, I want to build something really long term.
I am building an accessory French brand, selling watches, bracelets & Sunglasses. I don’t want to show the website yet, but I will post everything I do to build & scale the brand. I am using Instagram and Facebook. Having a good experience into Facebook ads and advertising in general I am using my past experience to develop my brand.
At least once a week I will post an update. I will show the stats, show the sales & profits, show what I do on Instagram and Facebook… I will share my strategies & the way I do ads.

This will be like my journal and hopefully you will be able to learn something about building a business, how to find clients on FB & IG etc.
I discovered Steemit a few days ago from a friend and I love the idea. I launched my website nearly at the same time a week ago and I thought it would be a great idea for you and for me to do a follow along, so we all learn together!
I might be a bit blurry at the moment but, I will make a real introduction for my brand in the first part of my follow along with my advertising strategies. And some stats of course, I launched the website last week and it’s getting sales and it’s in profit.
