in every nook and cranny has got his or her own worries/problems in varying degrees. It may vary undoubtedly in size, weight or importance but its rippling effect over our minds and body may be congruent. Worry changes our mood and steals our focus away from the present. Worry can fool you into thinking that your mind is solving problems when in reality, it is only creating new ones and compounding existing ones. The only way in overcoming it, is to focus on living in the present, forgetting about the past and not ruminating on the past day in and day out. We should enjoy the highs and accept the lows as lessons of life. Do not let WORRY alter your focus in life. Keep your hopes alive, be happy and learn to make the best out of everything you have at the moment!
