Well, better late than never on Steemit. Hi guys. :)

Hello, Hello, Hello Steemians.

I'm Moonliightartist, a young person trying to make my dreams comes true. In actuality, I aspire to be a mangaka (manga artist) and I have many concepts for stories that I intend to publish. Since, I want my work to be famous, I originally planned to join Facebook, but, once I heard about Steemit and it's rewards, I decided to join here instead.

The funny thing is, this isn't my first post. I made the mistake of posting some of my art (linked below), commenting and resteeming before I made this, out of pure excitement and earning Steem(so far, just 0.01). I joined Steemit a week ago and so far, the people here are pretty chill and funny. I also had the pleasure of meeting other like minded artists, photographers and even food bloggers.

Well, back to myself, I've been drawing since I was a wee lad and I adored cartoons and anime like any other kid. By the time I was eight years old, I decided to be an artist. I would draw anything that came to mind, like scenery, rainbows, and sometimes fanart of my favorite cartoons like Hamtaro and the Powerpuff Girls. At age nine, I got a "How to draw Powerpuff girls" book and by age eleven I got a "how to draw Manga" guide from Scholastic, which elated me to no end. My parents supported my goal since then, and I intend to make it a reality. Throughout, my early teens I kept drawing my own manga characters and teaching myself how to sketch other things such as, environments and objects. By fourteen, I made the decision to pursue being a manga artist. Here I am, now a young adult, with that same dream and never once thought about giving up. I had hardships growing up like homelessness and bullying; but hey, I'm still here.

Concerning me,I'm a Christian. My hobbies are reading, drawing, painting(obviously), wearing japanese fashion, playing vidya games, programming, watching anime, documentaries and some comedies(let face it, TV sucks nowadays) and sewing. I like the color pink and my favorite foods are sweets, macaroni and cheese and lamb chops. While I'm here on Steemit, I'll be posting various types of my artwork, ranging from digital, traditional, short comics, realism, manga, fanart and anything else that interests me. Don't worry, there won't be anything NSFW here.
