A small re-introduction from a man Getting back on his feet - Thanks for keeping me busy Steemit

Hey

A few of you may have read my previous introduction post, if you haven't it can be found here:

As I pointed out in this post, I'm going through a bit of shit in my life right now. I talked about a break up along with other things that have pushed me further and further into depression. However, in the last week I've spent nearly all of my hours awake here on steemit and I regret None of it!

As it turns out, the greatest fix for depression seems to be keeping myself busy, finding something I love and getting absorbed in it to the point that I no longer have the ability to think about something depressing. When I posted that last introduction I was at a very low point, I stated how I wasn't much of a writer but had posted a tutorial.

At this point, I'm much more content. A lot of the issues that were drowning me then are still an around, but I'm learning to deal with them without it eating away at me. The debts I have haven't decreased a bit, I'm still in the middle of heated arguments with my ex girlfriend and I've still had to move out because I don't have the money for my own place(although it turns out this is a good thing, moving back in with my parents and being around my family is making me very comfortable, its fixing my sleeping pattern and because of Mum, my eating habits are getting better).

What I've taken away from the last week is that the situation you're in doesn't need to change, not one bit. But your perspective or how you see the situation is all that matters. Thanks again for keeping me busy steemit, I've published a lot of articles/posts here in the last week, a lot of them are a load of rubbish but I hope something I've produced is getting through to at least someone out there.

I'm going to continue producing my self helping guides and promoting positive behaviour in the Steemit community because its something I love to do. So thank you for reading.
