I am first and foremost a father of twin girls! After that I am a 37 year old who loves health and fitness and it is part of everything I do both in my personal life and my professional life.
I started my journey in the world of health and fitness 25 years ago when I started working out at home in my basement when I received a home gym for Christmas. since that time I have gobbled up as much information I can about how I can improve my health and build muscle. Bodybuilding is my main focus and has been for the majority of those 25 years.

On the professional side of my life health and fitness has also influenced me. I was a registered massage therapist for approximately 7 years and then went back to school for nursing and am now working as a nurse.

I enjoy sharing my knowledge in the area of health and bodybuilding with others. I also am always in search of new information so please share your knowledge with me:)
