It sounds like you are saying the incentives will fade to the background and it will eventually feel like the rest. Is there something you would prefer to see steem replace or is it a whole new thing?

The money is an "incentive" that will bring users over from other platforms. And I think the "rewards" for Authors & content creators is fantastic. But to me it's the disappearance of "monopolies" / controlling interests that is more important. eg when I read about 'censoring' by google etc, I see that as a failure of a free & open internet concept.
