I am soooo new here - meaning: I hope I am doing everything ok :-)
I’m a choreographer and yoga teacher, who loves to crochet, taking photos, do tai chi or walk in the woods with my husband and friends. And I really love to take photos...
After my doctor thesis in art history I worked some years as a management consultant, but eventually decided to work with my big love yoga. I combined my experience in dancing and body work with my background in humanities and now train for over 10 years yoga therapists. Sadly I had an traffic accident and now I am fighting very often with bad headaches, which inspired me to share my experiences in getting better, hoping that I can contribute some helpful tips.
Also I am a big yarn enthusiast and want to share my crochet and knitting patterns with you.
And if this is not enough I will write down some fast and vegetarian recipes
