Namaste from India. I am Rudra.

Let me Introduce to you guys , I am Rudra Prasad Mridha ,a student studying science in class 12 & in my early 17's. You can Call me Rudra . I Live in Chinsurah , India.

1)What I love with my heart & what defines me ?
I love to go & feel alive in nature, I love to see childish & alive things.I love to do things that serve me. . I am a guy who love all the stuffs that are full of mystery i.e in each step there is always new....:)

I am interested in Spirituality & science . I like the combination of both of this .To me this two are not different .

The other things that I like are , lucid dreaming, astral projection, meditation ,yoga , hearing the voice of your inner child ,self centered & studying the meaning & nature of consciousness .

I am here to enjoy my life full , growing in each step by being & enjoying the bliss of this "present moment" , the purest form of life & keeping growing & forward in life.....:) ...may my life be an example for those who are failing in worst situations & may I brought peace in this world by having my own inner peace...:)

** 2) Some process that help me to be happy in life .**
I am working & integrating my unhealing parts gradually.I also had bad times and still having now , but I am also trying to learn from them & keep growing.Whenever I find any difficult situation in my life I meditate & make my mind in stable state as a friend & then solution came automatically . I reintegrate the part of me which feels bad in particular situation by understanding it with patience ( without any self judgement to them ...... just simply allowing that thought, emotions & beliefs came into surface) & by communicating with those emotions , Feelings, Beliefs. by putting questions such as Does that serve me? , What I can do for you my feeling,emotion in order to reintegrate you with me ? and finally taking action if necessary .

Also I use another approach....
It is simply observing your thoughts & becoming simple & full of presence & searching "Who am I?". When we start to observe our thoughts in a detached manner or without any judgement then a higher dimension of consciousness is achieved and then you grow in intelligence.The pains & human suffering in most cases is for wrong identification of self , the indentification of things , people with "self" or "I"

I observe my thoughts simply & patiently and ask myself does that serve me ? Or, What does that mean to me ? Then I let that go the stuff which isn't serving me anymore.....:)

Persons who are influencing me :
The people who have Influenced me most are Eckhart Tolle,Teal Swan , JP Sear , Bashar , Sandeep Maheswari and most importantly my TrueSelf . My family , friends and other people are also helping me . I am grateful to all of them & to God for this precious life.
