It says in the program what to eat and whatnot. There is no comprehensive list. There is a list.. examples. But you have got to understand the principles to know what to eat and what not to eat.

So what did you start to eat I've cut everything out now and just doing celery and cucumber juices

You have the whole program? You did read it all the way through?
I am not judging I am just curious as I can support and help you along the way. It is very important that you read it all the way to the end. All the information in there helps heaps.

Yes I will read everything thanks

That's it. Those juices and salads (leafy greens) WITHOUT oils. You need to learn to eat salads without oils. If you really can not eat that way I would recommend eating it with cucumber and some organic unpasteurized apple cider vinegar

I understand so what's your diet like now ?

I eat mostly raw vegan. Sometimes cooked foods.... like quinoa, millet, brown rice and buckwheat and beans. But I never eat animal protein (essentially all animal products except
raw honey), oils (of any kind), coffee, refined sugar and chemicals in the food (additives and all that).
Since you are on a fasting diet at the beginning you should be inspired to get through it:

You should also watch: Fat, sick and nearly dead.
