It says in the program what to eat and whatnot. There is no comprehensive list. There is a list.. examples. But you have got to understand the principles to know what to eat and what not to eat.

So what did you start to eat I've cut everything out now and just doing celery and cucumber juices

That's it. Those juices and salads (leafy greens) WITHOUT oils. You need to learn to eat salads without oils. If you really can not eat that way I would recommend eating it with cucumber and some organic unpasteurized apple cider vinegar

I eat mostly raw vegan. Sometimes cooked foods.... like quinoa, millet, brown rice and buckwheat and beans. But I never eat animal protein (essentially all animal products except
raw honey), oils (of any kind), coffee, refined sugar and chemicals in the food (additives and all that).
