Hello everyone, I'm intrigued to check the Steemit platform out and see what all the buzz is about.

I've been around Bitcoin since 2011, wrote my master thesis on Bitcoin's security, I write a blog about various cryptocurrencies, and I'm a moderator of /r/Bitcoin.

I've decided to do some research on Steemit so I can write some article or two on it. Since everyone seem to be starting their career here with an introductory post to verify their accounts, here I am!
