Hey everyone,
I'm going to go by the pen name Yv. Pronounced Eve. I used to be a screenwriter. I failed at it. Sorry no, it failed me. I'm now in a different career or at least transitioning into one but I need an outlet. A creative outlet. So why not Steemit. I made zero dollars writing before, even on ebooks! Oh boy. Either I'm bad or I haven't gotten to my target market. Please be on Steemit my dear audience.
I used to write dark comedies. I had a comedy podcast. I still have the raw files. Does anyone know how I could post a couple of them here? I have a couple really funny ones I want to share, like a best of. I had a small following but no money means no more creating.
So anyways, I'm using Steamit for stories. My first story will be a departure from my dark comedy or well some sort of sci-fi dark comedy hybrid. If it turns out like that.... I mean I can't help my sense of humour. It's unmarketable in the states and in Canada where I live. It's horrible. Maybe you guys on Steemit will like it. Fingers crossed.... Also, enjoy.

You should have know that in the US dark comedy won't make it, unless your dark can run a 4.0 / 40 yard dash, or shoot 80% from three point range it ain't happening in the USA.
For those of you who might think I'm being racist, your wrong, this was just my attempt at dark comedy.

Welcome @thestorygallore . You can use dtube for posting videos here which should aslo work for audio, just like youtube except you get paid in Steem!
Steemit, while there are people who frown on things, is still very open and accepting. Give it a try and don't mind any naysayers. Best wishes!

I can relate, comedy is making fun of something or someone, in this day and age making fun is no longer politically correct. Sad times indeed. I came across a lot of rebels here, so you might be lucky and find an audience. Good luck. Upvoted.
