Hi @aci7, great to have you with us! Out of interest which sphere of psychology do you most align to? I've always thought the Individual Differences paradigm is the most encapsulating when it comes to human behaviour. I always struggled with the idea that all our actions and thoughts are predetermined on a biological level.

Time to finally introduce myself!
Thank you for your question.
My main field of activity is more in the sphere of Psychology Personality from the perspective of a psychotherapist, not a clinical psychologist.
My training allows me to respond appropriately and effectively to the person at the affective, behavioral, cognitive, and physiological levels of functioning, and address as well the spiritual dimension of life. It is the process of making whole.
Regarding the biological predetermination of our actions and thoughts, this is such a vast theme, discussed for millennia and implications in all areas that I do not know what It would be better to tell you. I hope my answer is quite closer to your question.
