Hi! I'm new here. Greetings from the beach!

Hi everyone, my name is Will and I'm 29. I'm a new member from the UK. I live in a small seaside town on the east coast of England. It's not bad - in fact, this view is only a couple of minutes walk away:

I first came to the town of Great Yarmouth on a day trip with my grandparents and my mother while on holiday. I remember sitting here as a young boy and running the fine golden sand through my fingers in absolute disbelief at the fact that, yes, we have a beach like this in England.

I already have quite a lot of writing and blogging experience. I started contributing to the English Wikipedia in 2006. In 2008 I became an administrator to the project, but in 2013 I handed in this responsibility - as well as the other site responsibilities I had acquired - due to other commitments. I have also written for a mainstream news publisher, writing about technology and tech culture for Telegraph Blogs. There really is nothing like the buzz when something goes live. I started off as a content creator and I guess I will always remain one at heart, so here's to many more posts!
