Hi Steemit Community,

I promote and support the sale of U.S. products all around the world. My travels have taken me to 40 countries, but I am able to do research on any country market. If you have a business idea or product that you are interested in exporting, I'm more than happy to chat with you an give a free, brief consultation. My consulting tea can do a more in-depth analysis for you too.

I would love to begin a dialogue and help answer questions about exporting for members, post about my trips and fun things to do/things to see in the places I visit, and share my knowledge about the basics of exporting. I will start doing posts on each of the topics as I travel and as questions come up.

I'm currently in Sydney, Australia at a food and beverage trade show. We are here with 20 US companies, selling products to Australian importers, distributors, etc. The trade show is called Fine Food Australia and is a decently sized trade show.

With a free trade agreement between the U.S. and Australia, products can be sold pretty competitively here. There are a lot of regulations in Australia, but once you get through the red tape, it is a great market that will pay top dollar of your products.

On the fun side, the seafood here is amazing! There are some neat pubs to check out, and my favorite is the Lord Nelson Brewery Hotel (http://www.lordnelsonbrewery.com/). It is the oldest hotel in Australia that has been turned into a brewery. They do a fantastic job with their brews, you will not be disappointed!
