About my art:
Colorful, expressive abstract art is my passion. Colors have a positive effect on our emotions and our well-being. They harmonise your own energy and bring you back to balance.
I have read many books on color psychology. Every color has its own energy.
Red = Energy, Vitality, Strength
Blue = Serenity, Inuition, Wisdom
Green = Harmony, Nature, Healing
Yellow = Excitement, Self-Confidence, Optimism
Orange = Creativity, Optimism
Violett = Spirituality, Higher Self
Pink = Mindfulness, Self-Love
Brown = Grounding, down-to-earth attitude, calm
White = Perfection, Clarity, Healing
Black = Grief, Power, Silence
I also love mixed media art, combining several materials in one painting and using a lot of structure to bring my paintings to life. Texture paste and other collage materials create a 3D-effect on my paintings.
Since the beginning of 2018 I tried a medium that is completely new to me: Resin
And I love it. I love fluidity and the effects you can create with it. I try to make the paintings look like water.
