Writing requires an insane amount of creativity to be done effectively. When someone writes, they are crafting worlds and characters, entire civilizations and histories, and endless possibilities for what could happen or become. It is an art-form that allows someone to make anything, with nothing but their mind and their words. It is a medium that lends itself to a vast number of different possibilities, but it is also a challenging discipline that requires one to push themselves beyond what one may feel capable of.
For most writers, it is the endless possibilities that draw them into making their works into reality. But, for some, it is the inherent challenge of creativity that compels them to take it up as a hobby or passion. There is a certain thrill in being able to create something from nothing but words alone, and it is this excitement that keeps many writers going. However, creativity is not easy to master. It takes dedication and constant practice to perfect one's craft, and each individual writer has their own unique strengths and weaknesses. No matter your reason for writing, it is a challenging and rewarding journey!
Hence from here on out I am going to discover what writing means to me.
