I’m an old codger — 77 y/o mobility challenged from osteoarthritis living in the sub-tropics…interest are promoting SPICES & HERBS packed into vegan capsules for their medicinal qualities. The major promoted spices are Turmeric, Ginger, Cayenne, Fenugreek, etc.

I also engage in ICT consulting, building websites on Word Press platform via templates. Also HOST websites for clients. I am entering this service to try out everything new…..my mental age is in my 20’s, pity about the body……..
