This screenshot motivational poster is super highly Pro-Ayame, Pro-InuAya, Pro-SessAyaInu, Pro-Rin, Pro-Sesshoumaru, Pro-Inuyasha, Pro-Shuran, Pro-Hakkaku, Pro-Ginta, and Pro-Shunran. Sit back, relax, and let us all give Ayame a lot of love, admiration, and respect, which are what she truly deserves because of her valor, stamina, courage, strength, inner and outer beauty, and determination.
Ayame has always been a heroine in my eyes and I wish she could have gotten a whole lot more screen time. Sure, she is a formidable fighter, a determined soul, and a fierce combatant who can stand up on her own two feet. However, overlooking how many fisticuffs she can accomplish, she does have a few hidden depths found in how much valor she has to stand her ground, how much courage she has to never give up, how much nobility she has to stare fear right in the eye and beat it to a pulp, and how much compassion she has to be there for the ones she loves the most. She may be an anime-only character, but the fact that she was written in as nothing more than a love interest to an absolute big-bluffing coward of a wolf yokai warrior overly cheapened the potential she could have had to stand on her own two feet, given that she appeared in a measly five episodes spanning from Inuyasha to Inuyasha: The Final Act to Yashahime. Ergo, Ayame's life would be a million times better if she dumped Kouga's weak, Karma Houdini ass and ended up with someone truly valorous such as Inuyasha, with Sesshoumaru also doing his part in encouraging Inuyasha's and Ayame's healthy relationship and finding unconditional love within her too.
Let's face it. Ayame never needed Kouga to begin with because he was a veritable failure in every sense of the word. He failed to face the consequences of his murderous actions. He failed to avenge his fallen comrades. He failed to keep to his word as a wolf yokai warrior. He even failed to show gratitude to Inuyasha and Kikyou for the many times they have saved his sorry butt or even tried to help him. He even failed to hold his promise to Ayame, thus favoring Kagome a lot more, and their fart of a marriage was just slapped-in to provide Kouga the happy ending he never even deserved. So, to say that Kouga was disappointing is a mere understatement and I can only imagine that Ayame should have just broken away from this loser after discovering what vile atrocities he has committed and ones that he thought he could get away scot-free from. I am not sorry to proclaim that Ayame truly deserves a whole lot better than this pathetic piece of wolf turd. I know I have been saying this many times, but Ayame ending up with Kouga really cheapened the potential she should have had to prove herself as an upstanding, honorable, powerful warrior and my heart goes out to her with every single fiber of my being.
At least where my AU headcanon is concerned, she will not have to suffer that disillusionment with that loser anymore. Step forward Sesshoumaru to be the noble gentleman who can challenge Ayame to be a stronger and more valorous fighter and can fully respect her combat prowess as well as her determination, Inuyasha to be her lawfully-wedded husband who will always champion Ayame and her determination, compassion, and stamina to never give up before the fight is even over plus have true relationship goals based on unconditional love, freedom of expression, taking care of each other, and never flinching from each others' good and bad sides, Shuran, Hakkaku, and Ginta to be the best guy friends she can have fun with and who are just as supportive of Ayame being in an extremely loving relationship with Inuyasha, Shunran to be the little sister from another mother who will always confide in her and give her the respect, admiration, and love she deserves, and Dai, Roku, Kai, Rin, Shiori, and Shinta to be her most beloved children, especially where Rin is concerned, considering how much she would love to have a family where she can grow in courage and valor. Through it all, Ayame is certainly fortunate to have Sesshoumaru, Inuyasha, Shuran, Hakkaku, Ginta, Shunran, Dai, Roku, kai, Rin, Shiori, and Shinta in her life as a wife, a friend, a sister, and a mother who will always be there to keep the family united under one roof.
This positive encouragement would even stretch to The Dog General, Sesshoumaru's and Inuyasha's father, and The Wolf Elder, Ayame's grandfather, as these three have managed to find healthy harmony and unconditional love through living up to their word and never backing down from any fight. It is also through their role models that they have found a strong connection with each other. As The Dog General was in a polyamorous relationship with The Dog Lady and Izayoi, this has also been passed down to Sesshoumaru, Inuyasha, and Ayame. Unlike The Dog General whose second wife, Izayoi, is a human, Rin is the human daughter of Sesshoumaru, Inuyasha, and Ayame and she does have a fabulously close relationship with her mother who has been helping her grow in valor and courage. Therefore, Ayame is one proud mother and a courageous wife to two dog yokai warriors. Nothing and nobody can get her family down by any stretch of the imagination.
In conclusion, Ayame should be more than grateful and fortunate that she has two valiant, gallant, and charming dog yokai warriors who love her for everything that she is, three good guy friends who will always root for her as well as her genuinely loving relationship especially with Inuyasha, one panther yokai warrior sister who can confide in her about everything, and wonderful children who can learn so much from her, especially since Rin admires how valorous, protective, compassionate, and formidable her mother truly is. There is no going back to old shames and old disillusionments anymore for Ayame, for she truly has a beautiful future to look forward to, a wonderful family to look after, and so much to look forward to in her life as a courageous wolf yokai warrior queen.
I hope you all enjoyed this written encouragement for Ayame and I hope to see you in the next submission. Take care, stay safe, and do not forget to show your love and appreciation for Ayame, everybody.
