This screenshot demotivational poster is highly, utterly, superbly, greatly, significantly, and exceedingly Anti-Kagome. Sit back, relax, and soak in how much I would love to have this dastardly criminal incarcerated at best and undergo capital punishment at worst.
Do you see that mugshot staring right at your soul as I write? This is the face of an abuser, a manipulator, a committer of crimes of passion, a murderer sympathizer, a robber of a powerful dog hanyo's freedom, pride, and dignity, an absolute hypocrite, and a two-faced snake who could not cultivate her skills as a fighter and only pretends to do so. This suspect has kept her victim under lock-and-key with God-forsaken paraphernalia known as The Beads of Subjugation, thus treating him as if he were her dog and not her equal. Kagome Higurashi is armed with her viper tongue and powers of manipulation and is emotionally unstable and dangerous. Approach her with caution.
I can already hear the hardcore Kagome fans screaming that this all propaganda. However, if one were to take a more critical observation of how awfully she was treating Inuyasha, one does not need to be a genius to know that this is abuse against her partner. Even though Inuyasha and Kagome were not in a relationship but the former was being pushed on by his so-called comrades, the patterns of Kagome unfairly sitting Inuyasha were still present, despite him being in the right.
This was also evident in understanding my initial uneasiness that Kagome left me with such sick sentiments in me when I was an 11-year-old fifth-grader. At first, I did not care for her until she gave that sit command to Inuyasha after his full yokai transformation. As time went on, I felt even more sickened with Inuyasha's and Kagome's failure of a relationship. My feelings of uneasiness have turned into wrath when I saw Kagome's full-fledged abuse on Inuyasha come into the frame, most notably from Episode 109, the first movie, and the third movie, which made me fully acknowledge how much of an abuser she was. After years of research, deep thinking, and deep perception, I can confirm that Kagome's criminal actions should be stopped. She is not only an abuser, but she is also committer of these other crimes.
Kagome is a manipulator, as she makes the narrative all about herself in order to obtain the "compassion" of her posse, The Dunderhead Family, which consists of Miroku aka Daddy Dunderhead, Sango aka Mommy Dunderhead, and Shippou aka Baby Dunderhead. She even thought she could control Inuyasha with those Beads of Subjugation, as if he were her little dog and nothing more. Inuyasha Movie 3 Swords of an Honorable Ruler made it clear that when the Beads of Subjugation were reassembled, she put them on Inuyasha and hypocritically states that she trusted him, but she did not want to let him run away on his own again. If she did not have her way, The Dunderhead Family and Kaede would crawl to their knees to give her whatever she wanted.
Kagome's crimes of passion mainly stem from her unnecessary jealousy towards her ancestor, Kikyou, who was Inuyasha's first love and the first person who acknowledged his individuality. When Kikyou died after she and Inuyasha were tricked into betraying each other by Naraku, he was traumatized that he could not protect her. By the time Kikyou was resurrected against her own will by Urasue, all the guilt that Inuyasha had as failure to protect Kikyu came back to him like a freight train. Every time Kikyou was brought up, Kagome tried to turn the narrative to her and expected Inuyasha to just forget about Kikyou and focus on Kagome. It does not work like that. Even in one episode, Kagome wished that Kikyou died. These are what crimes of passion look like and Kagome is guilty of them.
Speaking of Kagome being a murderer sympathizer, she even dared to show kindness to Kouga, who in reality slaughtered a village and an innocent girl in the form of Rin. Kagome's incompetence to have not given Kouga another chance proved that she undeservedly forgave him just because he was nice to her. The fact that she also defended her kidnapper, who was also Kouga, proved how much she has lacked in intelligence and common sense. Ergo, she needs a re-education of who never to trust and who never to forgive.
It should be common knowledge that Inuyasha is a strong, powerful, formidable dog hanyo who has worked so hard to prove himself to be a great warrior and wants to reach greater heights as one. However, Kagome's abuse of power has stripped Inuyasha of whatever dignity, self-respect, and honor he had. Ergo, she robbed him of his own self worth just because she thought she could have a pet dog of her own, even despite the loyalty he has tried to give to her. Kagome essentially lacked respect and was never attentive of Inuyasha at all.
Kagome's hypocrisy and two-faced nature were what made me acknowledge how much she needs to be incarcerated right now. The fact that she does not trust him, even though she says she does, demonstrates how much trust she actually lacks for Inuyasha. Despite her being a self-taught archer, Kagome could never stand on her own two feet to fight for herself and mostly relegates herself to being a dumbass in distress. Even worse, when Inuyasha stated that he still did not know his place in the world, Kagome just said that she is glad. That is not support! That is emotional abuse taken up to a subtle extreme.
In conclusion, this felon needs to be locked up in a dungeon where she can rot for all eternity and have the key be thrown away from her. To make things better, her dungeon will contain a torture chamber where she will pay for her crimes.
I hope you all enjoyed this crime warrant I have put on Kagome. I would also love to know what other punishments you want to give to this criminal. They can be as brutal as you want it or contain a fair amount of brutality, given the crimes she has committed. Until then, I will see you in the next submission. Take care, stay safe, and do not be a criminal like Kagome, everybody.
Kagome the Vile Manipulative Abuser from Inuyasha belongs to Rumiko Takahashi and Sunrise.
