Sesshoumaru's Devotion to Kagura

This edited screenshot comic is dedicated to all of my SessKagu-shipping friends, fellow artists, fans, and brethren. So, sit back, relax, and soak in that sexy, steamy, stunning sensuality occurring between Sesshoumaru and Kagura.

We finally reach that one person who has been championing Sesshoumaru as the greatest family man ever. Aside from showing massive support for his younger brother Inuyasha and his little sister-in-law Ayame for being in an amazingly strong and healthy relationship as a married warrior couple, his older son-in-law Kohaku and his older daughter Rin for being in a beautiful relationship as a loving married couple, and his younger son-in-law Souta and his younger daughter Kanna for being in a harmonious relationship as a prosperous married couple, his own life as a married family man has been exceptionally fulfilled by courtesy of Kagura the Wind Sorceress.

In my AU headcanon, Naraku may have brought Kagura to the earth to wreak havoc upon the world, but by the time Kagura turned 5 years old, she already had enough of her "creator" thinking that she was destined to bring destruction when all she wanted to feel was like a normal girl who still had the amazing powers of wind to be free.

Enter 7-year-old Sesshoumaru who was training with his father Inu-No-Taisho in battoujutsu and kendo, that little Kagura immediately felt an attraction to the young lord. Their eyes met each other and Kagura was experiencing love at first sight while Sesshoumaru was keeping his cool. Eager for his older son to be more sociable, especially since 5-year-old Inuyasha already made an exceptional connection with 3-year-old Ayame in the forest after saving her from The Birds of Paradise, Inu-No-Taisho was very intrigued to know Kagura. Little Kagura did not hesitate to show off her wind powers to father and son, as their test dummies were obliterated by Kagura's Dance of the Dragon. Inu-No-Taisho humorously stated that he was going to have to build a new gym, as Sesshoumaru applauded Kagura, who gave him a gracious curtsey. In fact, it was Inu-No-Taisho who thought that the prospect of Sesshoumaru and Kagura together as a married couple would be an amazing idea. Sesshoumaru initially thought the idea was ridiculous, given that he was only 7 years old and did not see himself as the marrying type, while Kagura liked the idea of her being Mrs. Taisho and starting a family with him.

Come one spring morning, when Sesshoumaru reached the tender age of 8 years old and Kagura reached 6 years old, he finally told Kagura how he really felt, said that she was not like any other girl he has ever met, and proposed to her. The fact that young Sesshoumaru did just that amazed little Kagura, as that was what she wanted for a long time. Moreover, Inu-No-Taisho was really happy to know that his elder son made the brave choice of asking for Kagura's hand in marriage. So, two years later, 9-year-old Sesshoumaru and 7-year-old Kagura ended up married in their father's palace and were really excited of having their first set of children and expanding the Western lands.

As for how Rin and Kanna came into their lives, 11-year-old Sesshoumaru and 9-year-old Kagura may have had their first set of children in the forms of 1-year-old sons Motoharu, Mitsuhide, and Matsuhige, but Rin and Kanna came into their lives by mere fate, as Rin was born after her biological mother died from childbirth and her father and brother were slaughtered by wolf demons when they fatefully approached Sesshoumaru's and Kagura's home and Kanna emerged from Naraku as an infant but thought that she was no use for him and left her at the same place where baby Rin was. So, Sesshoumaru and Kagura took in the young foundlings and accepted them as their own daughters, and from there, their family grew a whole lot more.

Now with Sesshoumaru approaching his 39th year in life and Kagura at 37 years old, they have been the proud parents of 29-year-old triplet sons Motoharu, Mitsuhide, and Matsuhige, 28-year-old twin sons Heishiro and Norihito, 27 going on 28-year-old daughter Rin, 27-year-old twin sons Seijiro and Yoshiro, 26 going on 27-year-old daughter Kanna, 25 going on 26-year-old triplet daughters Setsuko, Sachiko, and Ritsuko, and 24 going on 25-year-old twin daughters Nobuko and Sayaka as well as a host of grandchildren with Rin and Kanna being the first children to be married to their suitors when they came of age at 13 and 12 respectively. Ergo, their pride and duties as parents and grandparents remain steady and strong, as their children and grandchildren have grown up to be formidable and level-headed combatants.

There is never a dull moment found between the Lord of the Western Lands and the Wind Sorceress because everything they do is done with open arms.
