My 2018 Crypto price predictions since last year is that the total Crypto market cap will reach into the $1-$2 trillion range towards end of this year.
Looks like we are right on track. From this bottom markets can easily 10X the price from here.
Very rough estimates into this time next year:
ETH $5000-10,000
EOS $150-250
Bitcoin $35,000
Steem $50

I can only see what the charts tell me, so for now my 1st and 2nd targets are $12k and $17k before the end of the year, but I'm not complaining if price hits $35k.

I'll go with
BTC - $23k the granddaddy and as lightening evolves the argument for some alternatives will wain.
EOS - $280 gathering Steem will steal some of ETHs thunder
STEEM - $26 crypto access without having to fork out large sums as other coins are perceived to get too expensive
ETH - $4k First mover advantage, but EOS may trump offering.

Yep, EOS is def going out perform ETH in the short run. Being able to scale to 100,000 tps is a huge avantage over ETH. Seems like many new big dapps will come to EOS. Longterm ETH will mostly likely make the required scaling upgrades and maintain lions share of market but there is just no such guarantee. There's still many unknowns right now to say for sure who the winners are going to be. There's def a lot of innovation and adaption with certain alt coins. Maybe they threaten Bitcoin's existence in the long run? I just don't know if the lightening network is the solution users are looking for.

Yes, only time will tell. Steem is very undervalued but the developers need to successfully deliver - Hive Communities, SMT's and Hard Fork #20 Update. The sooner we get those updates the better. The Steem price going back up again will help fuel adoption but these updates will help with retention more than anything.

I sure hope so. So many funds wanna get in. If that money is really coming then then the total Crypto market cap should have no problem achieving the mult-trillion range.
