The Best Investment Opportunity of 2017

I’ve reached a new milestone with the announcement of my newest business, the Cardone Capital real estate investment fund for accredited investors. Investors all have different expectations, and my first two funds were oversubscribed with the average investor making almost eight times greater investment than similar investment vehicles. Now I’m looking to do 40 in 40—raise $40 million dollars in 40 days.

As a guy doing this apart from Wall Street, this is unheard of, but I’m going to do it—and I want you in on this.

First, I want to take you behind the scenes of Cardone Capital and tell you about some basic principles on how I operate this company. The foundation of it goes back to my dad, who taught me 3 important things that any business should do:

1. Protect your name at all cost.

I always ask myself when I am making moves, if this move is going to enhance my name or hurt it? That is my guiding light. Protect your name by the actions you take. My name is on Cardone Capital so I’m not going to let this fail or allow anything unethical to happen.

2. Work Hard.

You won’t get far in life without this quality. If getting rich were easy, everyone would be rich. There are sacrifices to be made. Every day we are working hard over at Cardone Capital to find the best deals so that we—and our investors—can get the best returns.

3. Play the long game.

I like to play games I know I can win at. Playing the long game in real estate is a sure thing. There is no gamble to it when you know the outcome. We don’t play the flipping game at Cardone Capital. We’re in each deal for the long haul because we believe in every deal we put under contract. We never do deals we don't want to own for a long period of time.
