Hello, while i understand amd 580 have been out of stock anywhere, one alternative for you is to consider other cards that are available . Gtx 1060, gtx 1070, gtx 1080, but i am surprised you could not get amd 580 with 500 usd. You should able to get plenty of offer if you post this in reddit.

I'm in the UK, but this is a website I've used before and I'd imagine that you'd get it delivered to the US for less than $500. It's worth mentioning it is not in stock yet, but is expected today, so be fast.
Why not consider looking at older cards as well? Older AMD cards will give a similar hashrate for a cheaper price, but will cost a bit more in power usage.
