I am looking to add a gap funder/investor to my team to continue our growth....hard money offers cant compete with our current contacts...90% ltv at 8 plus 2.....no one generally can.....ALL agreed FUNDING GOES THRU ESCROW...i hope this clarifies our position....been getting approached by way too many fraudsters.
