"Old School" Reporting of Cryptocurrencies
Sometimes it's great to do things the "Old School" way.
Today, I have decided to plug the Teletext back in to give you an update on the Cryptocurrency Market.
If Cryptocurrencies were around in the 1980's, this is what you would be coming home to see on your TV.
#Steem should be in the Top 10
Over the last few days we have seen a sharp increase in the price of #Steem and this has come as no great surprise.
With a Current Market Capital of approx $1.8 billion, #Steem is still way undervalued in comparison to its peers.
I have no doubts at all that #Steem should be in the Top 10, demanding a Market Capital in excess of $10 billion.
#Steemit and #Steem Presentation on 14th December 2017
Regular Readers of my Blog may recall that in December I made a 55 minute Live Webinar Presentation to a large group of Investors and Traders, with no fewer than 77 slides.
The Presentation was met with great support and since the Presentation I have had a lot of feedback from it.
For the ones who may have missed the Presentation, here is a link to the Webinar.

Presentation Slides
In Part 5 and 6 of the Presentation I talk about #Steemit and #Steem.
The one slide I would like to point out with you today, for the ones who may have missed the Presentation, is this slide...
As you can see, my prediction for #Steem by the end of 2018 is that it will have a $20 billion Market Capital Valuation.
Here are just a small selection of Slides from Part 5 and 6 of the Presentation.
#Steem Price at the time of the Presentation
At the time of preparing the Presentation the #Steem Price was at $1.72, though I do recall that during the Live Presentation, #Steem was trading at approximately $1.90 and I even mention this as I am talking.
Highly recommend watching the Presentation
For any newbies to Blockchain, #Cryptocurrency, #Steemit and #Steem I highly recommend that you have a look at the Presentation.
Hopefully it may help answer some of the queries and questions you may have.
#Steem at $20 billion
To wrap up the Blog on a great note, should #Steem hit my Target Price of $20 billion by the end of 2018, this would put the price of #Steem at approx $80.00 per coin.
Have a great day.
Thanks again for reading.
Stephen

Those ones that have powered down in 2017 must be kicking themselves right now. I have said all along that I am on a "one-way power-up all the way ticket" and have no intentions of powering one single #Steem down for at least 5 years..!! I have even disconnected my "power-down button" and thrown it in the garbage. Anyone who thinks they can have just one of my #Steem for under $100 can go and whistle..!! :) :) Stephen

Steem can be used by almost anyone for social media and not a niche of people, which separates it from other coins

Totally agree with you, I see Steem in top 10 in the long run. It is one of the few blockchains that solves alteady a lot of problems and all the improvements will make it the standard for social media.

Funny story: Back in the 90-ies, when I was just a teenager, I was into shares and trading. I know, a funny hobby for a teenager, but I was quite successful with the money my grandfather gave me. So back then I got my first pentium pc out of my gains and since there was no internet, I had a cable being connected to the TV to get the current share prices from TELETEXT to a program that showed the charts for TA then (This program was written by a friend of my father and was an exceptional peace of art!). Since there was only one update to the share prices everyday at 4pm, I set there waiting for them to appear and being uploaded from the teletext to my pc - which was a huge struggle, since the share site on teletext had many pages and sometimes they would just load too fast or too slow for the program to read them in! Crazy times we are living in now compared to just 20 years ago! :)
