Setting up the theme
Download .zip file from Github (https://github.com/ionictheme/ionic4-start-theme) and unzip.
Install the lastest Node(10+) and NPM (6+) version downloading directly on https://nodejs.org/en/download/current or with $ brew install node in case you are a Mac User. And then, install the global following dependencies:
$ npm install -g npm@latest
$ npm install -g ionic@rc
$ npm install -g @ionic/lab@rc semver
With Ionic CLI version 4.0.0 RC.9, install all modules and run it:
$ npm install
$ ionic serve -l
