If your accounts have not been funded yet and you sent payment between February and May,
please follow these guidelines and do not omit any of the required information (Double check ID #s, etc):
This is what the company needs to know for each order...
What was the Date?
What was the payment method?
Where did you send the payment?
How much was if for?
What is the user Id # of person being upgraded?
Is this the first order ever placed for that account?
is it an upgrade to a higher package?
If it is a bitcoin payment please provide the Hash/TX Id and confirmation date.
If payment was sent to Fintact what is the Order#?
That is what they need to make this fast.
Most of the time something is missing and company needs a simple answer.
