Iron Maiden

I can't understand how they put up with playing such wonderful songs with such soft tones. Every time I listen to the songs, I feel like I'm listening to a band that wrote great songs and couldn't record well due to financial difficulties. Another thing that surprises me is that songs like afraid to shoot strangers and hallowed be thy name are played and spent with a low metronome. Whereas they see for themselves how they turn into enthusiastic pieces when they play faster in concerts. They seem to me like a bunch of people in their 20's who have been smitten.
