(29.75) The horrors of being damaged by uncertain
One of the principles of Shari'ah لا ضرر ولا ضرار 'itself will not be affected, will not harm anyone. [1] This is an example of the loss is recognized in the shari'ah or a special someone oyarichaganera everyone is affected. If someone does this, he will fall under the warnings given by the Prophet (sm). He said,
من ضار أضر الله به ومن شاق شاق الله عليه-
'Allah will harm anyone who harm him. And Allah will afflict him with adversity and opposition. [2]
Asylum can be harmed in many ways. For example, a warship is deprived of its fair share. Or the one who gave the shari'ah to a wariyah, it is inadmissible for him or even more than one-third.
In countries where Islamic judicial system is not operational, a creditor is not able to gain the rights granted by Shariah because of human laws in many cases. The Human Judicial Order ordered him to make the unjustified written written by the lawyer and he was compelled to act. Therefore, great regret is for the laws written in their hands, and the great pity they are doing for their sins!
