The old testament of the bible also forbid against eating pork.

I can't understand the video, but I would answer that eating pork is forbidden in Islam because Islam is an updated version (or hardfork) of Christianity.
Pigs are also very biologically similar to us, and so an increased risk of catching diseases from them.

      I was in Pakistan recently learning Urdu. I am only very basic though.
