If so, it would mean most of the effort to gut judicial review in Israel will be dead in the water. But Bibi's more radical coalition partners could still force his hand by threatening to collapse the government and force new elections. In that event, the right would probably lose and they will all be out of power. But, in a game of chicken, it's often hard to figure out who's bluffing and who isn't.
I hope they stick to this position.
