Yes the Gazan Health Ministry doesn't distinguish between civilians and combatants in their death totals, but they do differentiate children and the sex of those killed. We are up to 5,500 children and 3,500 women killed. Clearly all Hamas.
And historically their totals are fairly reliable. I wouldn't trust their count from a particular strike, but their running total generally is reliable.
Eventually OCHA will validate the death toll with secondary sources. OCHA lists both their validated death toll and their current but unvalidated death toll in their reports.
