In arrivo ottime notizie per Steem!
Global Blockchain Technologies Corp. ha annunciato un accordo per creare una joint venture con Steemit Inc, al fine di istituire un fondo di investimento di 20 milioni di dollari.
Questo fondo servirà come supporto alle startup che andranno a creare soluzioni sulla blockchain di Steem per espandere l'ecosistema dei social media.
In particolare il fondo servirà per supportare lo sviluppo accelerato di applicazioni basate sul protocollo Smart Media Token (SMT) di Steem, che consente token nativi basati sulla blockchain di Steem.
Le SMT (smart media token) sono una tecnologia che consente a società e organizzazioni di integrare un sistema di token personalizzato e "smart"nel loro sito Web, portale o piattaforma.
Il CEO di Global Blockchain Technologies Corp. Rik Willard ha dichiarato:
"Siamo orgogliosi di essere la prima società quotata in borsa a fare un investimento significativo nell'ecosistema Steem. Nessun protocollo open source e blockchain pubblico è più maturo, scalabile e rapido di Steem".
Ned Scott (CEO di Steemit) ha inoltre dichiarato:
"L'annuncio di oggi rende il futuro per Steem più luminoso che mai, lavorare con Global Blockchain Technologies Corp. aumenterà in modo esponenziale il numero di applicazioni create su Steem in un tempo accelerato. "

Mi sembra una notizia davvero importante per l'ecosistema Steem che fa assolutamente ben pensare per il futuro!
Rimaniamo quindi sintonizzati sull'argomento SMT e progetti correlati, che credo proprio faranno molto parlare nel 2018.
