In Gran Bretagna bastano solamente poche sterline per registrare una società, che sia fittizia o vera. La società che detiene un registro, ove sono presenti tutte le società registrate, afferma che per ogni società vengono effettuati circa 240 controlli prima che queste registrazioni vengano approvate. Ma nel registro ci sono svariate società con i nomi più disparati e con beneficiari addirittura dei bambini. Ma la Gran Bretagna non doveva sottostare alle regole della Comunità Europea che obbligava a dichiarare determinate informazioni obbligatorie?
