There's a very real possibility I may miss my flight, the banter, beer and food is absolutely amazing here! So far I've had an extremely tasty Italian double IPA (Eastside Sunstroke) and Tuscan crocantelle (w/rosemary & paprika hummus) and I'm currently working my way through a Baltic porter made from porcini mushrooms by Estonian brewery, Põhjala 😋 (edit: okay, now the chef is making me an off-menu local Bolognese speciality because there aren't many non-salad vegetarian options on the menu tonight. This place just gets better and better!)
Holy shit, this dish deserves a post all of its own. The passatelli I'm told is made from 50% bread and 50% cheese with an egg thrown in for good measure. The chef made me a gorgonzola sauce and it's finished with nutmeg and amaretti. All this because they wanted to give me a decent veggie option. Totally in love with this bar 😍
