I’m an iterative kinda guy and just recently I’ve been tweaking as I go (not twerking)steemCreated with Sketch.

I’ve always wanted a salt lamp. I heard they were good for people with asthma like myself. i can go years without needing an inhaler but in recently years and being attached to my desk rather than out exercising has meant that I’ve been stuck behind the keyboard too much and therefore my chest has gotten worse.

because of that I’m trying everything to help it and it’s supposed that these give off vapours that are good for someone like me, plus let’s be honest the funky orange glow is pretty nice too, it’s like having this mystical shard of the earth, you know that I put my hands around it when I got it like it was some kind of Indiana Jones Temple of Doom Object.

I’m never one to have big amounts of money at any one time in recent years, it’s been over four years since I had the twitter money which I used to get transport and upgrade all the computer things, next year I really need to have that kind of funds again to go to the next level again with transportation upgrades, new machines and such like — right now, it’s not looking like that’s gonna happen so I’m doing the best with what I have, iterating as I go, small life improvements that create balance and progress forward energy.

Nothing worse in life than feeling stuck or just grinding gears up at the same thing, just small improvements to mental health agility are just as important as the big life changing ones you know?

Inspiring story ! appreciate your sharing it ! thanks

I love salt lamps (I actually licked one once to see if it was actually salt xD) I use them when practicing my holistic therapies. (I do massage, reflexology, Indian head massage, Reiki, Hopi candles, crystal healing the list goes on...) I find the light from the Himalayan salt lamp gives off the perfect amount of warmth to allow the recipient to relax, but also gives me enough light to work with. It is also supposed to diffuse negative energy, which is a bonus when you are using healing energy therapies. Lamps combined with over-toning music is a winner in my book!

p.s. don't lick the lamp whilst its plugged in! xD

roger that! power tip.

It’s soooooo glowyyy- great shot too. I feel like if we stare at it long enough it might start speaking to us... 🙃
